(March 15, 2022, 7:02 pm)Rainbow Day Nursery Phase 5 located in Ecole Sage Creek School wants to send our appreciation to the Deveraux staff at Latitude 49. Jason Wall, Regional Operations Manager was very accommodating and as caring community members Deveraux has allowed our centre to use their Clubhouse as a place of shelter in the event of emergency evacuation. Our staff, families and children can never thank you enough!

(December 9, 2021, 6:02 pm)Been living at Latitude49 since they opened last October and have had an overall great experience. All of the staff are very friendly and responsive. Close to Sobeys, Shell, pet store, etc. They’re also pet (dog) friendly, which is amazing because my moderately large dog is welcomed here. I would recommend Deveraux Apartment Communities to anyone looking for a quiet, clean & dog friendly rental experience.
(June 15, 2021, 6:51 pm)The buildings are really nice and brand new, the area is really beautiful. I had couple problems with the management, but I’ve been contacted yesterday by Rim and she went above and beyond with the problems I had and got them fixed ASAP, I’m glad that I got to talk with her and will be dealing with her if I had any problems in the future. Thanks Rim !
