We bought a Sterling Homes show home in Ridgewood West in September and moved end of November. Phillip Musick was such a pleasure during and after the entire process and we couldn’t be happier to have dealt with him. Response time was very quick if and when we had questions & he answered the 10 million questions & requests to revisit the house after the purchase. Our experience was great throughout and they exceeded our expectations every step of the way! Highly highly recommend if you’re looking to build or buy a Qualico home!

We just moved into our new Sterling home a few weeks ago. Overall our experience was positive. Yes there were a few delays (which we expected building new) but nothing unreasonable. Our sales agent Lisa Castro was excellent to work with. She was very responsive and quick to address any concerns i had. A few finishing errors were noticed during one of our walk through’s Lisa assured me they would be taken care of and corrected and she stayed true to her word! I would also like to acknowledge Dave who was the main guy (project manager?) assigned to our home. Our possession date was on a Friday and we had our new home orientation with Dave on Tuesday. There was an issue with the placement of the bathroom light fixtures that was pretty significant. I had doubts it would be done by Friday. However, when we entered our home 2 days later on possession day i was VERY happy to see the light fixtures had been raised (so the glass didn’t smash when opening the medicine cabinet). I imagine this would have been a costly correction as they would have had to book multiple trades to come back to refinish. A few other outstanding things had also been completed in the short 2 day time frame before we moved in. I am very appreciative to Dave for being on the ball and getting those things done for us ASAP. We love our home and can’t wait for the exterior to be completed hopefully before the end of summer.

Lisa Castro is the best sales agent ever. She is extremely professional and follows up on her clients during and after the sale has been done. She knows her market perfectly and always gets what her clients need. She is so dedicated and is there for you whenever you need it. Definitely she is my best experience while dealing with Sterling Homes. I highly recommend her as your new real estate sales agent!

Excellent experience with Sterling home. Very good quality great customer service. Brenda is very knowledgeable salesperson, Bill very professional supervisor, Miles and Brittany follow up with all the services all the time and quick reply all the time.

Purchased a new home just before COVID hit. Lisa Castro was my agent and she and Don McDonald are the best of the best. The process was smooth but they made it so much better. Lisa always went to bat for me and stood up for me. Don even came in on his days off to let me into the house so I could see how it was coming along. I now consider them my friends and Qualico/Sterling is super lucky to have them.
