I had them tile my upstairs bathroom and then a few years later based on the craftsmanship and customer service I had them reno my basement including a custom shower, laundry room, bedroom, common space. Great guys to work with and have recommended to many friends and family.

We had our 80 sq ft bathroom floor tiled by Custom Tile Works. Murray, Jesse and the rest of the team at Custom Tile Works were absolutely fabulous to work with. Murray returned every phone call or email within a few hours and his team showed up every day on time. The team was incredibly pleasant to work with an accommodated every request. The floor looks amazing and the cost was much lower than what was quoted by the Home Depot supplied contractor.

I had Custom tile works set a new tile tub surround in my bathroom. It came out looking fantastic! It looks like a fancy hotel! The cost all said and done was about half the price of having RONA or home depot do the job, and Custom tile Works undoubtedly did a much better job. I will be using them again in the future for more tile jobs!
