Friendly service at the Dugald location. They were super busy so called the Mcphillips location for me. Gentleman at the Mcphillips location created a hose with fittings for me on the spot. Not the first time we've had a positive experience with them.

Super fast service, Very helpful , very polite. Definitely recommend.

I brought a valve to them on a Tuesday, left my phone number and they were going to see if they can match it up.
Waited till next week Monday and finally phoned them just to get told he needs more info!!!??
Why didn't he call me??
Then I texted or called almost every day.
Then he promised to drop the valve off on Thursday going home and didn't.
Had to send someone Friday morning to get it.
I understand mistakes and don't expect perfection.
This experience though left me puzzled wether he actually tried to match the valve up.
I even gave him a part number which brings up the part on google.
Maybe next time I come I have a better experience but this one was lack of communication and customer service.
