The salesperson Jason Walsh was very thorough and professional. He explained everything in detail, what needs to be fixed on our gas water tank, differences in electric and gas water tank and even electrical power needed to upgrade. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Gave me a few options for the furnace and chimney liner repairs and everything was documented. He just quickly input everything on his laptop and emailed me copies of quotes and sales records. I was very impressed with their virtual capability in handling documents. I ended up installing a new furnace and water tank instead of having them repaired as their price is way better than the competitors. They have a few promotions going on plus I got a free google nest thermostat that is very convenient to adjust even if you are away from home. On follow-up they made sure I was happy with the installation and they cleaned up well after the work. I highly recommend their excellent service!

Reliance Superior Winnipeg installed a Heater Recovery Ventilator (HRV) for our home to help reduce excessive humidity levels. The sales rep Rene quickly came to investigate our home heating and ventilation status and provided sound advice on potential solutions to address the problems identified along with very supportive finance options.

The installation was arranged for the following day!! It required extensive retrofit work to accommodate other system piping and outlets of our older home. The main bulk work done by John and Boz, and Yan was exceptional (including the wiring & mounting of the humidistat control by one of their colleagues). The guys were very attentive to detail and took great care not to cause any damage and John also provided excellent information for understanding and controlling the HRV.

The post-installation clean-up of materials and vacuuming was very, very good! Within 6 hours of the installation, the humidity levels across our 1200 square foot home were brought down from an initial 70% to a very comfortable 45%, which has remained since. One minor adjustment repair and small adjustment were needed after the installation. Central dispatch sent a repairman in the very next day, who came within the time period promised and quickly & effectively completed the repair and adjustment needed.

Great experience. The services were performed in a very quick and professional manner. The Home Comfort Advisor (Rene) explained the various choices of brands and opinions, and fully answered all my questions. This allowed me to select the best new furnace for my home comfort and within my budget. The installation crew were great, they were very experienced, very friendly, and fast. They were very respectful of my home and left the work area spotless. They also walked me through the work they had done and assisted me in programming the thermostat. After the work was completed, Rene called to follow up. Again, great experience and I highly recommend them.

I was looking to purchase a new furnace and A/C unit. I got several quotes from different companies but in the end decided to go with Reliance - they had the brand I was looking for at a competitive price, quick install date and wonderful employees. Everyone I dealt with from the first phone call to request a quote down to the Gentlemen who installed my new system were a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was polite and answered every question I had....which there were many. Jason was the comfort consultant who help me. He made me feel comfortable right away and was knowledgeable on the products he offered. He didn't pressure me and once I decided exactly what system I wanted, he worked hard to get me a competitive price . Purchasing a new system is an expensive and somewhat stressful experience but Jason did all he could make sure I was happy with my decision and my purchase. Very happy with the installations done by your crew.
They showed up on time.
Explained the process & answered all questions I had.
Workers were quiet enough, considering the noise required to to their work.
Played their music at a reasonable level - i even liked their play list :)
Work was done in the expected time frame.
Explained the smart phone app for us to operate the thermostat.
Clean up was great both inside & out , which was very important to me.
