I don’t even want to give a star for this apartment. I have rented a room there for nearly 2 years at 30 July 2023 we moved out and would like to get back our deposit. Unfortunately we failed to get it back and it is nearly end of Nov now.
We have called for the property management Mccor for the return of deposit we have leave messages or email to the contact person called Angel. First she claimed that we missed out some rental fees so they can’t return it. We sent the all the transactions records for this 2 years to prove that we never missed any. Afterward we tried to call for nearly 3 months hoping to get back our deposit. We still fail to get anyone and our deposit back also until now.
For anyone who wish to rent for a room there I hope you can think twice or more. Be prepared that you may not get your deposit back after you move out.
