The blinds were delivered within the lead time he told us. Installation was very quick and efficient and our new blinds are beautiful. I am so impressed by this company's customer service. They offer a quality product, and as a local family run business, truly care about their customers. They did a great job installing quality blinds in our sunroom. A couple of the blinds needed a minor adjustment months later and I sent one email and they were back immediately to make that adjustment. It is really nice when you get that type of service. I highly recommend this company and will most definitely be using them again for other window treatments in our home.

Ron was the second place I called and glad I did because he was extremely helpful, and was a great help to me who knows nothing about blinds (even taking them off the window he had to guide me through).
