Expert Sewer & Drain Cleaning Services

I have been with Bill's customer after I brought a home in 2017 and was having so much sewer back up that I was eventually referred to him by the City of Winnipeg. He has consistently been ensuring that I do not experience the same thing again. He knows the River Heights/Grant Park Area and ensures that the work is done completely. Likewise, he keeps notes on the houses and the streets he services, so he will know the history of your home on his next visit. Great guys, lovely to talk to and answers questions succinctly and kindly. He is also closely follows covid-19 public health orders and ensures he keeps his customers safe. Thanks so much Bill :)

After one of the big and recognizable companies was unable to unclog my sewer line after two separate attempts and at a cost of over $500, I was referred to Bill from Expert. Bill arrived the following morning and within an hour or so was able to unclog the line. Bill and his company may be understated, but he's extremely professional, reliable and competent. I will be calling Bill for all of my sewer and drain cleaning needs going forward.

Bill came to clean out our main sewer line. We had a terrible blockage and things that were going down one toilet upstairs were coming back out the toilet downstairs.

Bill came out on a Saturday at no extra charge. He gave us a time, then called to say he was running early and he could come help us sooner.

He had a standard charge, not an hourly charge, but he took his time using larger and larger arbors to make sure he did the best and most thorough job possible. He could have just done the minimum and left, but he made sure he unplugged as much of the blockage as possible.

He kept our bathroom as clean as possible during the job, and then made sure it was clean and tidy after he left.

If I could give him 6 stars I would. Extremely highly recommended. Too many people out there these days trying to gouge you for as much money as possible, or to do as quick and nasty a job as they can to maximise turnover.

Bill did neither of these.

No complaints. Bill did a thorough job and was very punctual. I will call again if I have a drain issue. Recommended.
