Really nice staff and prices are fair but it takes a long time to get your tools repaired.

Nowadays it's really hard to find a business based on the fairness. In this case I strongly recommend them as the really fair and professional company. Even if it was the only place in the city to order a part for my trimmer they charged me less than anywhere in the whole North American market. And this price included delivery from a remote warehouse. Moreover, ordering process took a seconds (one email sent) and no any payment in advance.
