Really appreciated the customer service I received today. I was about to do my road test and someone in the parking lot noticed my brake light was out and let us know if we were doing a road test that we wouldn’t be able to do it. Drove across the street and asked them if they could replace a bulb before a road test and they did it in 10 minutes free of charge.

The work done was quite good, very impressed and you wouldn't even know that I had an accident! There were some delays along the way, some that I believe could have been avoided/shortened but they were nice and did not charge me the extra for the better deductible on the loaner car. Overall a pretty good experience!

The Staff there are very Helpful and Accommodating. and got even more impressed when they totally cleaned my whole car inside and out . I didn’t get that extra Service to other repair shops. They are Awesome. Shout out to Oliver

I brought my car to Boyd for an install on a window molding. They got me in very quickly and were very professional. I will use Boyd for my autobody needs. Thanks again guys for the quick service. John the Manager is great to deal with. I did have a minor issue arise and he was very quick to help out and offer up a solution.
