Wow , just read mr. James review !! Not sure how many 5 lb bags of sugar your tried to buy from dawn foods , however as a person who owned and operated two bakeries in the province spanning 40 years , I am saddened by such a personal attack on an individual and their company ! I dealt with Dawn foods ( previously known as CSP ) for 26 years , the last 6 or so with the mentioned sales rep . Never had an issue that would cause me to say or publicly write such a negative review. I also purchased product from Bakemark ( formerly Frank H Wiley ) . I purchased product from them for 40 years . Both company’s experienced highs and lows with regards to their service / product availability . However both company’s did their jobs very well . I might remind you ( not sure if you own a business ) that we as commercial bakeries rely on the exsistance if these types of suppliers , and without them the industry will be in dire straights . I for one would not want to have to go to Cosco to purchase raw materials to meet the demands of a bakery that was reaching over a million plus in sales every year . Your public shaming of a supplier says more about you than the hard work these suppliers are doing every day to help small bakers reach their goals . Kindest regards
