have loved these candles in the past but my most recent purchase of the Cozy Cottage candle has left me disappointed. It doesn’t seem to burn well and I have to light it multiple times as it goes out on its own. I emailed Soy Harvest on Nov. 19/21 asking them if this was normal but it’s now Dec. 14/21 and I still have yet to receive a response. I also bought my friend the same candle and she said she’s having the same issues. Not sure if it was just this batch or what, but either way, very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

LOVE these candles. They last a long time and I particularly like the ones with the wooden wicks. They give a soft crackling sound like a tiny campfire. The scents are all amazing.
