We ordered custom cabinets from Imperial. Dealt with Steve first who was very professional. Steve set us up with Dean who worked with us to find a design, colour and style choices that were perfect. Cabinet order placed and I was contacted advising they were ready right on time. These were cabinets for a reno at our cabin. At this point I determined that a measurement I provided for the ceiling to floor cabinets was wrong. Now this was a measurement I provided to them for the build. When I reached out to Dean advising I had messed up on a measurement they readily told me not to worry. They unpacked the tall cabinets in question and did whatever they did to reduce the height by several inches. Amazing!!!! I loved the pricing and the whole experience from start to finish was above board professional. Highly recommend.

Nathan was friendly, accommodating, quick, and knowledgeable. I ordered counters for my new Massage Therapy clinic in East Kildonan (My Massage Therapy), and Nathan was helpful, and respectful to me through my whole experience. Dean was amazing to deal with as were all the installers we dealt with in our home.
