Premier Design Build

We were very happy with Premier. The cost estimate was reasonable and they stayed within the budget. The carpenters were professional but also approachable. Although the project fell behind, the workmanship was of high quality.
Our one complaint was that he flooring sub-contractor did not control the dust. However, Premier hired a top-notch company to clean up.

We recently had Premier complete a basement/rec room remodel in our home. From the initial design through to project completion they did an outstanding job, and we were elated with the results. All staff with whom we interacted were courteous, professional, reliable, and very attentive to our needs and questions. They all demonstrated a great work ethic and pride in their work. Along every step of the way, we were always kept well informed in regards to completed tasks as well as what was coming next.
The project was completed in a timely fashion, and within budget. There were no surprises. We would highly recommend Premier! Thanks again for a job well done.

From design to completion Premier was able to handle all of our needs. We completely gutted our Kitchen, living room, dining room, office, hallways, in floor heating etc.

Premier was the only company we interviewed that could provide a full 3D model, completely broken down with all components and pricing, with the ability to make changes and understand the costs involved.

Demo was amazing, they spent the extra time to make sure every nail and staple was pulled.

They were always in communication weekly such that any delays were anticipated well in advance, not to mention any changes that required our input.

Most importantly they stuck to budget and the quality of the work and the communication to achieve perfection was there. The designer, coordinator and contractors were always in communication preventing any details/changes from falling through the cracks or being missed.

I have had the privilege of previously building a home, renovating a home and now renovating the forever home for the final time. I can say without a doubt, that the Premier TEAM is truly a team that is there to provide the best service possible in each and every way.

If you are debating going with a single contractor (that does not include design and overseeing all selections and GC of the project) and price is your main motivating factor, for marginally more money Premier is worth consideration to tackle any battle that you might otherwise have with a supplier, trades person or change to the original design.

Bottom line, this is a company on the rise with a young and energetic feel and is in touch with all of the latest and greatest materials, while working with you, your budget and the era of your home.

Hired Chris and the team at Premier to complete a kitchen / whole main floor renovation. Charles (Designer) was great to work with and helped turn our vision into reality. We are very happy with how our house turned out and how Premier handled the project. Any questions or issues I had during the design or construction phases were always answered and addressed to my satisfaction. Would and have recommended them to family and co-workers.

The group at Premier Kitchen & Bath was great to work with. Any issues we encountered during the renovations were handled quickly and issues were resolved in a collaborative manner with our input. They were honest with any mistakes that cropped up along the way, and adjusted their plans to ensure commitments were delivered upon. The project timeline was a little longer than initially anticipated, but some of that was due to unforeseen issues that popped up. They were very professional, trustworthy, courteous and quick to respond to our concerns when we brought things forward. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
