Diana Barsky is one of the best landlords my spouse and I have dealt with. She made our military posting process of moving to Winnipeg and into our apartment a breeze. She has been very good to us. When an issue arises that needs to be fixed in the apartment, she ensures it is done quickly and keeps us in the loop throughout the process. She is willing to listen and address any concern we've had while living in our unit. Also, the building grounds are kept pristine. The entire crew at Broadstreet Properties does a wonderful job keeping the building clean and in working order.

I am very impressed with Diana Barsky.who has made the entire process of adjusting to apartment living a positively painless experience. Nothing escapes her purview and her eye for detail is impeccable. She is a gem! The management of the building is impressive. We are delighted with the area for dogs and use it vigilantly. We have met lovely people in the building and look forward to our time here. I believe that Diana instills a lovely sense of community and addresses the needs of each and every one of her tenants and that makes a tremendous difference!

My experience at this Broadstreet location was absolutely wonderful. Dianna (the building manager) really took her time to make my move as comfortable as possible. I was transitioning back to being on my own again and she really took the time to show me everything I needed to know and do. I know if I am ever in need of an apartment again I will be going back to this location!! Thank You Diana

I've been living here for 4 months, and everything here is wonderful. The site manager, Diana, is super helpful for every single stuff we ask for. Besides, the neighborhood is quiet, clean and well maintained. This location is very convenience for us to go to the supermarket and shopping centre. I will highly recommend to my friends who will look for a rental property.
