I rarely provide testimonials, but I feel compelled to do so after having worked with Bryan. My family's relocation was complicated by the fact that we were struggling to sell our previous home, and that almost prevented us from closing on our dream home here in Winnipeg. I'm used to realtors disappearing after a home purchase agreement is signed, but Bryan was with us every step of the way - consistently checking in, negotiating with the sellers to provide us options regarding an extension on the closing date, and ensuring that things went as smoothly as possible. On the closing date, Bryan made sure to personally meet me at my new house and walk me through the home, pointing out relevant information about gas and water meters and liaised with the realtor of the sellers to resolve any deficiencies. He served as a wealth of trusted knowledge and I deferred to him while selecting a local home inspector and various other technicians. In addition to all of this, Bryan organized events (free of charge) for his clients who were new to Winnipeg in order to allow them to meet others in the same boat - a really thoughtful gesture. Bryan is still in contact, sending us routine updates on the housing market, along with tips on activities or lists of the top patios to visit before summer ends. We cannot recommend Bryan enough.
