Trace was super helpful throughout the whole process. Started out not having an entire plan on what I was looking for and he guided me to help me look for a dream house. He was always there for me when I was ready to look at another listing even on short notice. Punctual, attentive and willing to go the extra mile. Was honest when I had question about the house or suggestions about what I could do for future building projects. Was knowledgeable of the areas and what potential future value there was. All in all I would recommend to all looking for a grade A realtor.

Trace was simply amazing!! from the meticulous explanation of how the housing market works to patiently seeking out dozens of listings to suit our stated needs even after we weren't convinced we would be able to follow through with a deal, to finding and pushing through a successful bid and then meticulously walking hand in hand with us throughout the process and then to helping out with the actual move and settling into our new home, we have simply been blown away by the quality of his work and professionalism with us. I made a couple of drastic and unreasonable changes during our search, however, Trace was never fed up with showing me around. He'd come to the house occasionally to show us listings, take us to view houses at different times even after the kids' school hours and he worked really smoothly with our broker. I must mention that we got a gift from him upon possession, he spent hours helping us move our stuff into the new place (for free) and he attended the wife's birthday party 3 months after we moved in.
