Aroma Bistro

I found this restaurant on google map, so just want to dive in and have a try.
Have to say, they provide good services. Very kindly and thoughtful.
For the food I have to say, still have the space to improve. The soup a little bit too salty to me. The fruit tea….tea base was not good enough. So I will give a 4 stars.

Service was exceptional, food was delicious and I would recommend this place to try!

Chili wontons are the most popular dish at this restaurant so it's a must order, rice dishes were quite delicious as well, we poured the left over chili sauce from the wontons into the rice bowl, made it have more of a kick.

Atmosphere is the only thing that is okay, very homey design which is great, however could use a bit more renovation for more seating and appearance.

Aroma Bistro is a tiny restaurant with BIG flavours. (Seriously, there's only one table currently so you might want to call ahead if you're planning to dine-in!) The Red Chili Oil Wontons are made in-house and are one of those dishes that you're going to want to order every single time. I even got a couple bags of frozen wontons to go! LaLa Chicken and Spicy Snow Beef Udon were delicious. I really enjoyed their chili oil chicken broth with the soup. Owner/Chef Louie and his team went above and beyond to make our meal unforgettable. Aroma Bistro will be a regular stop whenever we're in Winnipeg!

UPDATE: I simply cannot express how much I love Aroma Bistro and how appreciative I am of the team for not only creating exceptionally delicious and creative dishes but also a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu has been expanded a bit and the dining room has been nicely renovated to include four tables that are comfortably spaced. The Spicy Snow Beef Rice Noodles Soup and Aroma LaLa Chicken are extremely flavourful and my current favourites. The Fruit Teas balance out the richness of the meal well; I had Lychee Green Tea but I bet they're all delicious. Our server was friendly and the food came out quick. Staff were wearing masks. I continue to stock up on frozen Aroma Red Chili Oil Wontons every time we're in Winnipeg and recommend that everyone do the same! This restaurant is absolutely worth the drive from Brandon; just be sure to reserve a table in advance!

I've been ordering from Aroma Bistro since they opened.
Although it's been a while since I've dined in (they've expanded to have a bigger dining area), ordering for pick-up/delivery serves no problem.

I've always tried to stir away from delivery because some restaurants and how they prepare and package their food can make the food less appetizing. Aroma Bistro always does it well and the food always arrives fresh, hot and delicious.

Food wise now, the ingredients work well together. Not one ingredient feels like it over powers another, they just compliment each other.
The meat to carb and vegetables ratio is great, even the portion all together makes the meal you paid for (in my opinion) valuable.

Regardless of the risen prices of the menu items (at least $1 or $2 from the very first time I've ordered) the pricing and portion is still a vaue.
Overall, i highly recommend.

One of the best fusion restaurants in the city! The food tastes amazing and if you love spicy food, this is it. My fave is the Kimchi pork rice, highly recommended! The staff were so nice and friendly, I’m sure you’ll love talking to them. We ordered some takeout and it was nicely packaged. I’ll definitely come back for more!! ❤️💓
