The food tasted really good, it reminded me of the noodles I had in China. The service was pretty great! I went with my Chinese wife and the server made sure to speak both Chinese and English so we both understood.
Incredible Rice noodles! Very authentic and reminded me of a lot of the incredible food I ate during my visits to China. This is not your Americanized Chinese food. Try the gold medal spicy beef soup, or try it as a dry noodle if you’re into spice. Also try the fried pork dumplings.
Based on the food quality of the three items ordered as take out, the food quality was average. The amount of meat in each was not remotely close to what is in the photos for the dine in orders.
The signature braised beef noodle was in a mainly soy sauce broth. The beef itself was cut into extremely small pieces, appearing to be the remnants of a larger order.
The gold medal beef was of better quality and the favorite of the night. Spice level was good and the size of the beef was average but the amount of meat was still on the small side.
Pork intestine noodles were served in a more proper portion and was tender.
The packaging was above average and very well put together. Noodles were separated from the soup and utensils provided were of high quality although the spoon was next to useless.
The vegetarian noodles is the BEST rice noodles I've ever had in my life! I loved fried tofu, cauliflower, you tiao (fried dough), fried cabbage.. basically EVERYTHING on the menu!! Their service is also amazing!
