To put it simple, Vern is absolutely amazingly awesome. During the months I had him as my counselor he has helped me through what I see as some of my biggest life struggles to date. He is warm and friendly, actually sees not only who you are but what you need to be the person you are meant to be. He is very supportive and encouraging of people of all backgrounds and lifestyles. His demeanor is that of calm and empathy and you will never feel judged or embarrassed opening up to him which makes him very approachable. Many times it more like talking to a friend than a therapist. The only reason he is no longer my therapist is because I am moving away from Manitoba otherwise I'd still continue to see him.

Vern from the bottom of my heart I thank you for everything you did for me, coached me on and brought out in my life.

Vern is very experienced in his field, he is the type who takes his time to genuinely connect and care for all of his clients. I have valued the way he can see different possibilities and solutions. 10/10!!
