I had an excellent experience with this company, and particularly with Dave. He took his time when doing 2 inspections for me: a walk-through for a house, and a full inspection for another one. Both times, Dave was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that he found and offered some suggestions/solutions. Upon my request, he also gave me some contacts for trustworthy companies that will do the renovations. Dave was very quick to answer my emails/phone calls and to send me all the documentation I needed. Because he is so great, I have decided to do the yearly follow-up with him and his company.
