Westwood Pharmacy

My wife and I have had nothing but positive experiences with this pharmacy. Ken goes above and beyond to make sure our prescription needs are taken care of. He understands and is well understood in all questions and answers. We moved to Winnipeg seven months ago and his store hadn’t opened for business but once he was open, we moved from a chain store pharmacy where the pharmacists snd techs have strong accents and communication is difficult. Westwood Pharmacy is like an old fashioned neighbourhood pharmacy.

So glad I transferred my prescriptions here from a large chain where I was just a number and felt like I was being talked down to. The staff here are personal, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I met Ken the owner when he helped coached my grandson’s flag football team. When I found out he opened this pharmacy I thought I would drop by and fill one prescription, and go back to my usual pharmacy. After the amazing service I received, I decided to move our whole family’s prescriptions here. I had forgotten that a pharmacy does more than just pass you a bag and send you on your way. Ken and Ivan are happy to answer questions and offer suggestions. They are never to busy to help or listen and always professional and kind. I have recommended this pharmacy to several friends and neighbours and they have all had the same experience. What a wonderful addition to our community!!

Super friendly service! Ken and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help and answer all of your questions . Store is very clean and set up very nicely. 5 stars!!
