I was experiencing electrical problems with my 2013 Ford Edge. The dash on this car is equipped with a large screen which also displays the GPS and icons that you touch when you want to change the heating and cooling system and entertainment centre. I started to get different readings on the screen and also it would shut the radio or dash lights off momentarily. The vehicle started to take over the electronics without my input.
I suggested to Rob that perhaps the battery was failing in spite of the fact that I just had a new alternator installed.
Before installing a new battery Rob determined it was not a faulty battery but the main operating computer that was faulty. By installing a used computer he saved me hundreds of dollars. His knowledge and work ethic and principles are very much appreciated.

My daughters car had exhaust issues and engine light on. Robert not only repaired her car, he took her car in immediately. Upon picking up the vehicle, the car was making some horrible noise from The brakes. Robert stayed later and replaced the brakes on the vehicle on a Friday.
