Bird Shop & Aquariums

I do really appreciate how knowledgeable the owners are and I always enjoy chatting with them when I buy my bird food and supplies. The prices are also very similar to what I was paying when I was buying from my wholesaler who no longer sells to individuals. My only hesitation, as someone who has worked in animal rescue for years and has many rescue birds, is that I wish they didn't sell birds. I really encourage pet supply stores to not breed and sell animals, especially large birds. I'm always happy to share stories and experiences as to why that is and hope that the owners might consider this in the future.

Yah my daughter bought a complete fish tank and and a heater & a special debris natural stone & chromatic (pottery) fish dwelling (15$**) she said a lot of stuff the seller

your other pets u want introduce..she said the material the FISH DWELLING was made of would be "shrimp friendly" & also one cant put baby shrimp in the tank the beta will beat up and try to fight the babies so one has only put adult shrimps because they
have shells to protect them..babies dont

Yah he's ornery and his sharp teeth will bite away at anything a foreign fish is sure to die with holey fins
He's so aggressive and mean..always looking for a fight my daughter purchased a tank so he could have a mansion

My kid had previously bought a fancy beta 30$

So i watched her tell my daughter about the scum.
waste that accumulates & must be removed with that special net
She also told my daughter that to clean the tank u need a to "syphon" (15$***paid separate) for sucking out the bottom water where the scum accumulates
So i always myself as a child would dump the whole tank
