I've been going to Urban Retreat for close to 15 years now and I continue to be amazed at the quality of service I receive at each appointment. While the business has grown quite a bit over the years, Michelle and her staff still offer a very personalized experience and I wouldn't trust my skin with anyone else. One aspect that I truly appreciate is how I could see any staff member at Urban Retreat and know that I'm in good hands. I recently started to see Elis and her passion for skin care is admirable - she is so educated/knowledgeable in advanced treatment options that I feel completely comfortable letting her do whatever she thinks I need at each appointment. Urban Retreat is without a doubt a 5-star business - outstanding customer service, high-quality treatment options, and excellent product selection. The bonus are the staff who are all genuinely passionate about skin care. Love this place!

I’m a 15 year old girl, i’ve had acne all over my face for the past couple years. I tried everything from face cleansers to prescription creams and nothing worked. Then i heard about the Aerolase acne treatment. I was sceptical at first but my mom encouraged me to try it and took me for one treatment. It was painless. Michelle was gentle and was very knowledgeable. The treatment took about a hour and there was no down time. It took about 2 days to see the full effect and it was incredible. I finally felt confident enough to go out in public with no makeup on. It had done more for me in 2 days than creams did for me in years. I recommend for anyone with acne

I always request Elis at Urban Retreat Spa and my skin has never looked better. She has introduced me to IPL and my under arms have never looked or felt softer, she also does the waxing of my brows and lip and they always look AMAZING!! I have purchased so many of the products she uses on my face and TRUST ME I ASK alot of questions and she never makes you feel like your taking up her time, she's extremly patient and she walks you through each product for how to use it, when to use it and what to use it with. I originally started seeing her for just facials, and she was able to assess my skin and provide me with product ideas that literally maks my skin glow and look years younger. Ladies if you havent tried the Image MAX Stem Cell Creme, trust me its worth every PENNY!!! I get compliments all the time about how my skin is glowing, baby soft and flawless, I would highly recommend Elis to anyone.

On Aug 18, I had Derma-planing, a hydro facial and an Aerolase treatment with Michelle. She explained the benefits of each treatment and made sure that they met my needs. These treatments have made a WORLD of difference in the texture and colour of my skin!! The redness is GONE and my pores and fines lines are SO MUCH BETTER! The other thing that I can’t get over is that it was PAIN FREE! I highly (highly!) recommend Urban Retreat Derma Spa and I suggest that every woman incorporate the Aerolase into her beauty regimen!

5 stars for Elis- you can tell right away her passion is for skin and skincare. My first appointment with her was so informative and I knew right away this is a women who knows her craft. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she’s also super sweet and kind.
