We were caught in the area by a terrible Colorado Low while driving a motorhome to BC. We searched for a truck stop, and found Market 6.
They let us stay on their lot for 24 hours until the storm abated. Initially we thought it was your average gas stop and C Store. When we saw the shopping carts outside we were confused.
Once inside you discovered the store was three or four times what you expected - actually a mini supermarket, hardware and liquor store. Plus they have a large kitchen and bakery with a range of hand crafted meal items.
Everything was high quality but the best was the staff. They couldn't do enough for us - even suggesting we call and they would bring things to the motorhome. Oh - and that offer was 24 hours!
Great service is always something we appreciate, but these folks are exceptional. Do us a favour and go in
and purchase something and thank them from "C & C".
excellent fuel station with substantial array of dry goods as well as a little deli. stupendous service
Stopped there today to pick up something to eat after a very busy day. Realized that I could get a burger and fries and let me tell you...it was so delicious and much more then I could eat. That burger was amazing and the service was great. Definitely will go back again.๐๐
Great selection and quite large considering a low population area. Its nice being able to park a 5 second walk away from the front door. The liquor sold here is available until midnight as well. If you miss the LC in Stonewall, it's worth the short drive. They actually have a decent selection of liquor and wine.
One of the best grocery, restaurant, gas, liquor and convenience store combos I have ever been to. Gas prices are usually a few cents less. Food is decently priced in comparison to Winnipeg. Strong selection of alcoholic products. Food made there is always good and fairly priced.
Only downside is you currently (Sept '21) cannot prepay for gas outside. But that's hardly an issue. Highly recommend if you live in the South Interlake area to go there for your convenience/grocery needs.
