New Baltimore Optometry

We were so grateful to find Dr. Lawless when we moved from out of state. Each and every person in this office are outstanding. We are treated like family here. When I call to make appointments or even to ask a question they know who I am. They treat us as if we are their most important patients (I’m certain everyone gets this same treatment) Dr. Lawless is kind beyond words and is incredible with my children we have teenagers to toddlers and each one loves him just the same. He speaks directly to my kids always making sure to ask them “so YOU have any questions?” He has a gift with the kids.

Today was my first time to visit the office, I found that the office was very clean! The staff was very friendly for the moment they called to set up my appointment. My daughter is 6 an Needed a eye exam! They did great with her! She felt comfortable and we were able to come up with the right treatment! I plan on going back in a few days for my other daughters appointment & mine! They have a nice selection as well.

Dr Lawless and his staff are Amazing! After going 1 year without glasses because I was told glasses probably wouldn't help my vision, Dr Lawless figured out a way for me to see better than I imagined. I highly recommend him.

Just seems like every time I call to make an appointment the Dr. is leaving to go somewhere, Every.Single.Time. I mean I'm not sure if I just have bad timing or if this guy takes 2 months of vacation time a year. Random closings, hours different online compared to reality. Very nice people, just not flexible when it comes to hours and for that reason I have found another Dr's office.

My whole family has been going to Dr. Lawless for the last 3 years. He is the most thorough eye doctor we have seen! Dr. Lawless has a calm and gentle demeanor, and is great with our 1 year old and 3 year old. They always feel comfortable during their exams. Would recommend this practice to anyone!
