I cut my finger pretty good and they had me in right away. Very courteous the doc was lighthearted and had a good sense of humor. I was in and out in under an hour
The experience itself was relatively quick aside from paperwork. The staff was friendly and informative. The facility was a bit hard to see from the road, passed it and then had to double back. Inside it was well kept but had low ceilings, poor lighting, not the most attractive facility. But it did have coffee station in the back corner and a kids table.
My visit for a work pre employment physical was very quick and professional. I went later in the day which could be the reason for the quickness. But none the less quick professional service.
I do appreciate that the staff is trying to expedite taking care of patients / clients, however when speed & socializing becomes priority over accuracy then this to me is not efficient.
The new cell phone check in forms are not fast for all of us especially if you have diseases and multiple medications to enter. I was being called back only a few minutes after receiving the text. Then the staff could not find me in the system even though I had submitted electronic forms. After physical was completed I was given a print out, good thing I double checked it before I drove away, since it was my paperwork from a year ago, which meant the Medical card was not the new current one.
The wait was pretty significant considering the amount of people that were there.
Wasn’t really impressed by the personal nature of conversation being held by front desk staff. If this is supposed to be a place of business and hold any semblance of professionalism; perhaps they should strongly consider keeping their personal conversations limited to a whisper or the staff break area.
