I went in looking for headphones to connect to the TV for my hearing impaired grandmother while being able to enjoy the show myself. Upon walking in, I was asked if assistance was needed and then directed to the area where I could find what I was looking for. I was immediately assisted and the salesman told me which pair of the 2 brands sold were best. I made the purchase, however, after setting them up realized my TV set was not compatible with the headphones. I promptly returned them and was not given any hassle. I would recommend this store. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only for the fact that they only sold 2 different brands of the headphones.
Loved it. Nice and friendly. Came in and new what I wanted and they help set me up and transfered everything with now questions asked.
I usually buy warranties on EVERYTHING I get here. Somehow a replacement device I got from a warranty did not get the warranty placed back on it. Equally my fault for not asking for it on the product as it was the cashier's for not offering it. At the end of the ordeal, because of my purchase history/extensive warranty purchasing, management made an exception and gave me an in store credit for the original purchase price. I bought my replacement product, and of course made sure it had the warranty added this time. Wonderful experience that they appreciate me as a customer, and looked at my account and saw that it was most likely an error I did not have protection, and acted accordingly. Truly a wonderful experience.
Found what I was looking for. Store was clean. I was greeted when walking in and asked by two different employees if i needed help. Cashier was friendly. A good trip.
I personally only go to best buy to look around. You can find better deals online or at micro center. Yes, staff is friendly but if you have done any research on what you're looking to buy you are probably more knowledgeable in the subject.
