The CPL class here was great! Good food and there was plenty of snacks and beverages included with the cost of the course. I had only one question that I needed answered after taking this class because Matt was so detailed in covering everything that I wanted to know. Doreen (the owner) took the time to answer the one question that I did have on Facebook messenger and she responded quickly. I would highly recommend this class to anyone. Matt and the range officers were very helpful at the range part of the class, I was in and out quickly once it was my turn to shoot. Doreen also offers handguns for you to use at the range at no additional cost if you do not bring your own gun. I was very pleased with the cost of the course and everything that was included. Thanks Doreen and Matt!!

Took my initial CPL class and 2 renewal classes at Detroit Arms. Every class has been engaging & informative (new laws). I would not have a problem referring Detroit Arms to anyone, they prepare you for a major responsibility and keep it interesting!

I took the class with my grandson last month got my CPL last week. Both Doreen and Matt were great. The class was full of people, from experienced shooters to people who had never shot a gun before and they made us all feel comfortable. Matt was very good at explianing the laws and gun safety in laymans terms so we could all understand and it made the eight hours fly by. The great home made cookies were a plus to. I look forward to taking the advanced class with Matt when mine and my grandsons schedules permit.

Very professional and comprehensive teaching! Something I have been wanting to do for some time. Doreen and Matt run a top notch program. Take the class, you'll be glad you did!
