(November 20, 2017, 11:35 pm)I had a younger man named Paul. Amazing help ive had a ton of car nightmares that happen to me. You could tell he liked his job and had empathy for the driver such as myself. He went above and beyond. Now it did take four hours for the tow. But his help and great communication put me at ease. Now if they could work on the wait time that's the only issue or it would have been perfect.
