Jim came out to fix my Goodman furnace, and found a few things that the original installer (not going to mention any names, but a popular local heating & Cooling company that you'd probably recognize) did incorrectly, but promptly spotted it - this is important because another furnace company was JUST out a month before and did not notice the deficiencies but sure sold me a part I probably didnt need, and as soon as they left, it was acting up again. These were things that were significantly decreasing the service life of my furnace, and causing it to "stall out" constantly. He ordered the parts, and even called me in between the time the parts were ordered to let me know when he expected to be back. The parts fixed the furnace and now it is running great.
I didnt pay anything, as the repairs were part of a service plan, but I did get a copy of the receipt and I have to say, the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.
