the pharmacy has been great for yrs. They send out for common scripts takes days sometimes and are generally short
. recently I called in 4 scripts went to pick up 3 are there. Lady never seen before tells me come back tomorrow. I say takes 3 days to get it she then checks says it's there but not checked in come back 3 hrs. A box of 4 bp patches. Nothing needs counting in that plastic bag so stickered already yet have to come back. Ridiculous. There is 1 rude helper looks like she's tweaking half the time always rushing and flustered. I went to get inhaler she not involved in conv interjects I shouldn't have used it already. She is not a dr or pharmacist keep stuffing flyers in bag and mind your biz. In hosp I called for diabetes supplies before coming home ins covers bayer told they don't carry it. lie. The rest of store is garbage rude mgrs. I tried calling corporate for days. Marketing dir supposed to call but could take 4 days. Who the hell is he my dr calls same day and he does surgery. I blew up phone he had store dir call cause he hasn't the guts. Transferred all scripts last night to rite aid and I'll never set foot in that dump again. I think they forget without us customers there's no need for any of them
