Honest!, I had them inspect a car I was considering buying, even though they had a working relationship with my potential Car dealer. They still told me the pros and cons of the car they inspected that led me to pass on the vehicle, but they clearly were honest and put their job and the customer before all things. Thank you!

We have a small fleet of cars and have used one of the big tire/repair facilities in the area for many years for our repairs. We average 50k a year on each car. After years of realizing they're just throwing parts at problems with many recalls we tried another local chain repair shop. Thought I was satisfied until we took in a car for an oil leak and then they called me with the estimate. They wanted $2,600.00 to replace all the gaskets in the engine and it would take a week to complete.Told them to put it back together and we picked it up. I've passed Morgans many time and decided to take it there. Tim couldn't have been more courteous, show'd me around the facility and introduced me to the mechanics. When he called with the estimate I about fell off of my chair. "I can have it done in a couple hours, cost $160.00. The coupler for the oil filter was leaking from both ends. They put it up on the hoist, power washed the under carriage and took it for a ride. Nothing like old school troubleshooting. It has not leaked since. We have had other cars in and the service is fast and reliable. We've not had a recall yet. I trust them completely.
