HealthQuest Physical Therapy - New Baltimore

Lower back issues brought me to Health Quest at the Anchor Bay Aquatic Center. I met Lichelle and her staff. I received eight weeks of stretches, core strengthening, and exercises three days a week. Lichelle, Cassie, & Antonio are very professional, and dedicated to their profession. The work was hard but definitely worth it. My back feels so much better. They instructed me to continue with my exercises at home & be careful how to lift & turn. Thank you to Lichelle & her staff, keep up the great work.
