(September 4, 2017, 10:59 pm)Bob's RV was at the Port Huron, KOA, where we were staying. We blew a fuse on our power jack as we were connecting the trailer to our truck. He made himself available to provide us with the fuse as we found out the camp store didn't have one. He himself was packing up to leave the campground. We highly recommend. Great customer service.
