I called Andy at Fraser Optical and the in-house lab cut me new lenses within 24 hours with my identical frames and they Fed Exed the glasses to me so I could enjoy my vacation. They are a group of heartfelt individuals who put customers first.

I learned I had a detached retina and they sent me immediately to a specialist. My eyesight is saved because of the urgent care I received by their doctor who moved appointments around to accommodate me. I am forever grateful
