“With a residence and a cottage in Sanilac County, one with its original 1940s plumbing and one with its original 1950s plumbing, Same Day Plumbing has bailed us out more times than I can even enumerate in the past 8 years. Time-after-time, Mark and his teams have come to the rescue, solving mystery geysers, ceiling leaks, water-based heating system snafus , rushing broken water pipes in crawl spaces, sump pump issues, you name it, it's happened to us. They also do the normal stuff, they've installed dishwashers for us, replaced ancient commodes , etc. The head of the company is personable and he will explain every nuance of what needs to be done, is being done, or will be done in a way that you will learn more about plumbing than you ever wanted to know in your entire life, which is a good thing. The company owns all its own big equipment, so if you need broken pipes in your lawn dug up, which has happened to us more than once, they're right there with the backhoe. Mark's wife even helped coordinate decorating choices when I wasn't available and we had a bathroom that needed serious help after an old leaking floor pipe collapsed the ceiling below. We would recommend Same Day Plumbing to anyone, big job or small, and we have.”
