THE VIEW at Uri's Landing

It is now closed for the season. It gets four stars because of the view and that is what this place is all about. Food is a sideline. Various restaurants have been here forever. Sometimes the owner/manager /wait staff/cooks care sometimes not. If food really matters rather than THE VIEW then go to the Stone Lodge or the Blue Water Sports Bar for excellent and low-cost bar eats.

The bread is the best thing here. Every time we come the drinks aren't very good and neither is the food. The steak was very over priced for what we got. It looked like flank steak not rib eye very thin and small, the cod has a batter far too thin and piled was probably not hot enough so it was very oily and soggy. The staff is friendly and service fast. Food and drink really need some work. I think most people come for the view.

Lunch after church today was delightful! The service was top-notch ( thank you Sydney ), The coconut shrimp for a starter was excellent and our dinners were very good! There is no other place in this little town where you have a such a beautiful view of the marina, harbor, and like Huron while you dine and have a cocktail! This is a hidden gem that will close for the season in about a month .

Excellent place to take your family after a day on the beach or a night out. The restaurant does have a 4.2% charge for the use of credit but it is posted on the menu and near the host stand in the restaurant to let all customers know before they choose to dine in. You can avoid the upcharge by using cash. The restaurant has an amazing view and has excellent service for how busy they can get. You truly can’t find a better restaurant that close to the water anywhere. Amazing food and a loving family atmosphere.

Best pizza ever! We went here after going to the shopping and stopped in. We've been thinking about it ever since. Got two different slices. My favorite slice of pizza ever. Staff was very friendly too. My wife thought it was delicious too and we haven't been able to stop thinking about it.
