Plenty of machines and sets of weights. There is never a problem waiting and everyone is polite. I recommend a membership as the fee is priced just right! Besides it's the only gym in the area and we should all support our local businesses first! Especially the good and caring ones.
Small mom and pop style gym. Staff are extremely kind. The Silver Sneakers classess offered are amazing. The instructor is a little spitfire who gets the seniors moving.
Little crowded at times. Dance lessons can be a little much.

I enjoy going to this gym! I live about 4-5 minutes away, and There some of my friends come to this gym. I come to the gym every day on the week. I've been doing good working out.
