So far I have worked for MIDI for 3 years and have not been given much hassle about anything. Anytime I needed a time off, Derek was willing to bring me in early to let me do what I need to get done. Communication is very thorough at this company. They gave me a chance to drive a truck that no other company would. I also get as far as becoming a trainer. If there is a time when I need a break from training, Mike would take over the training in another truck.
Mike tends to be very relaxed when it comes to training results. He knows while you won't get it right away, it will come to you with experience. He also expects you to be able to know the basic run around when it comes to driving.
I've trained 5 people and 2 of which are still working with us. While I know I have a long ways to go to better teach myself how to train others, I also know my limitations and appreciate the companies understanding to my abilities.
While I still think there are some improvements they need to do, they have come a long ways from when I first started. They went from a 2 truck company to a 4 truck company. Nobody is perfect including me.
