(July 6, 2018, 9:53 pm)Stopped in to Bill May Appliance ready to buy a new dryer or, at the very least, schedule a service call. Mr. May suggested I try replacing a $17 part instead - he even showed me how to install it! The dryer now works great and I saved hundreds of dollars. Now that's customer service.
