The Shores of Anchor Bay

Excellent place. They have a nice pool. Great staff, a "gym"... Ok about this gym though, Can you add another treadmill? That would be nice. Maybe see about making it bigger. I'm not looking for a planet fitness, but just a few extra feet to stretch would be cool. You get three people in there and its a struggle.

I've been here for almost 5 years and I've never had a problem.

I'm not in yet buy it is very appealing, management seems nice. I just wish they'd get my home ready. It is a brand new home it's been delivered three weeks ago. They and I were hoping it would have been ready by now.

They have done great things to improve the park. Added a new playground, updated the gym and community center. Repaired and updated the swimming pool.
If they fix the roads/driveways and add a walkway for people to acess the community center from Harbor Cove without using my driveway, I would give an even better rating.

I live here and the management is great. Nice place to live and grow. Residents here get to know each other by name. The roads are up to par and the area is clean and nice.
