(January 6, 2019, 8:55 pm)if I could give this restaurant a 4.5 I definitely would, Theo's blew away my expectations. the soups were very good and home made, with that many soups on the menu I assumed that they would look and taste like frozen soups, however I was proven wrong in a good way!
My main course way very good as well, the chicken philly was flavorful and tasty with a combination of well cooked chicken, cheese and a blend of grilled onions and peppers, my only regret is that I didn't order two.
the service was good, our waitress was attentive and interacted with us often, and she even offered the small kids in our group free ice cream.
The only thing keeping Theo's from a 5 out of 5 was the lack of cleanliness, as i saw french fries and other food on the floor in the dining area as I walked in.
Overall I was very impressed with Theo's, and I would recommend it to anyone in the area.
