I have never been treated poorly by any one at the front desk. I have had to wait for an hour or 2 and got impatient. Will say, when I was really ill and didn’t know what was wrong, Dr Nedic took time to listen. He went through all my symptoms, blood work and whatever else to get to the bottom of it. After that visit I said I would never complain about wait time again. There are other Dr. offices that only let you ask 2 questions, so they can herd people in and out. Thank you Dr Nedic for caring ????
Nurses and doctors are great! Some of the ladies that work are the front desk are very rude every time I’m in there. I would recommend this place but after I recommend them I will give a polite warning that dealing with the front desk is sometimes very difficult and can make your blood boil.
The physicians are very good but sometimes seem rushed. However, every time I have been in the office or contacted the staff via phone the team has been rude. No matter how badly I feel when I call or come in I smile and am polite. There is no need for the staff to have bad attitudes.
Doctors are well informed about patients needs and history. They focus on all health needs not just immediate problems.
