I have had tests, surgeries, and emergency care at hospital for over 25 years. When I have needed emergency care I have gone there and never waited more than 5 minutes. I have EMS take me there. Treated with respect, comfort, compassion, and contacted my heart specialists at Beaumont for transport asap.
Our grandfather was here for the past week and then passed away yesterday morning. We are so very grateful for all of the wonderful staff, nurses, aids, hospice and doctors that we spoke with and who took care of him throughout his stay. They were very reassuring, polite and took excellent care of him to keep him comfortable. Thank you for your excellent work.
