I came into the store and Emilio of Metro PCS worked out a plan for me, resolved all of my problems and patiently waited for me to collect all of the info I needed, walked me thru the process and had me setup and happy before I left the store! I was thrilled with the superior customer service that I never experienced with my previous carrier. Thanks to Emilio for his exceptional customer service and for getting me on an affordable plan that more than meets my needs!

(May 26, 2018, 1:26 am)I’ve had MetroPCS for about 5 years now and it’s all thanks to the guy Emilio. He always helps me out whenever I need to even if it’s something small and he always get me into the best deals that fit myself. He is very personable and down to earth and he has definitely earned my respect. I would highly recommend this store and MetroPCS to anyone looking for great customer care and service.

Emilio is my favorite person he always has a smile on his face trying to help everyone. They have such a great organized team over here at pine grove. Love this store go check them out!!!!
