(March 6, 2019, 3:17 pm)Very quiet compared to some manufactured home communities I have lived in. I've never had an issue with the staff or the office when I've had an issue. They have been patient and helpful. We own our home so I'm not familiar with the maintenance issues some are complaining about. I like it here and we have a great spot at the end of a road, so there is very little traffic.
(February 13, 2019, 9:10 pm)I live here! Yet I keep getting asked to write a review about this place! Lol!!! I like it and it's home! I will write a much more detailed review once we move away from here, but we don't have any current plans on doing so.
(November 7, 2018, 12:50 am)Driving through looks nice and some pretty well maintained homes but yet if your renting through Minnesota Lakes their homes are passable to live in but cheaply maintained. Minimal as possible.
One owner in Office she was very rude to me when I had to stop in to pay her rent for my daughter while she was out of town because I commented nobody in office or set office hours to come and pay rent and in 3 days of driving out of my way trying to get ahold of someone to pay rent money too. She said there was a drop box but I said no way because there is no receipt of payment paying in cash.
(October 28, 2018, 12:26 am)This mobile home community and port of call mobile home community are owned together i enjoy being in and around these communities they are very well maintained and have very good employees and management. One thing that i do not like to see is all of the places that the tenants that have nasty yards and have trash everywhere you should take pride in where you live people come in to visit others and they see how people are living and it gives us a bad name because people just dont care what their houses look like inside or out. Another thing i dont like is how people drive so fast through the parks come on people we have kids outside playing all the time you need to slow down so noone gets hurt. We always have houses that come available that are very nice and affordable and the parks are a good place to live
