  Got my car in and the parts ordered. When I picked my Jeep up it was washed and looking so much better then when I dropped it off. I was kept informed of the time frame, and a loaner vehicle was available on the spot.

  Second round of warranty work performed at St. Clair. ..the most recent was a airbag recall the first was a major issue from a extended recall from 2006 that another dealer didn't want to deal with. ..St. Clair came through with out blinking a eye...no double talk or stalling ...excellent service. ..my next new vehicle will be purchased from St. Clair because I know they'll stand behind their customers.

  I had a serious problem with my car. Every time I shut it off, it wouldn't start. I called a dealership close to my home and they told me they could make an appointment for 10 days away. That just wouldn't' work. So, I called St. Clair Chrysler ( where I purchased the car) , explained the problem and they told me " DON'T shut it off and bring it in right now". They looked at it, said it would take another day ( it was already 3PM when I got there) and gave me a loner. Would I go back to St. Clair Chrysler...you bet I would. They were awesome! Fixed it , had it the next day as promised and have not had a problem since. They are the BEST dealership around. II would highly recommend taking the extra drive time to have them work on your car. They are Friendly, Quick and get it right!
