My wife and I were looking for a new loveseat and Lynn, our sales associate, led us through the England and Lazy Boy lines. And, unlike many of the big stores that have only 20 to 30 fabric swatches from which to choose, they had an entire wall with hundreds of samples. We picked out the loveseat we wanted, selected the fabric and was told to expect delivery to our home in 5 weeks or less. The prices are slightly higher than Art Van or Gardner-White, but the experience is more laid back with no time or product pressure. Once the loveseat arrives, we are going back for a recliner and some end tables. As the saying goes, "try it. You'll like it".
